Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to check vital signs, talk with patients, and monitor dialysis treatments from start to finish.

You will ensure correct medications are given, participate in developing short- and long-term care plans, and document monthly progress notes, collaborating with doctors and the care team to support patient recovery and well-being.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Nursing or equivalent and SNB registration.
• Excellent patient communication and care documentation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Checking patient's vital signs and talking to them to assess their condition
• Overseeing the dialysis treatment from start to finish
• Making sure patients are given the correct medications ordered by their doctors
• Participate in the development and implementation of the patient’s short- and long-term plan of care and monthly progress notes
