A leading engineering company is seeking a Project Manager to lead DfMA Prefab MEP projects. Responsibilities include overseeing project execution, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring quality compliance. Overview:
Lead and manage DfMA Prefab MEP projects, ensuring seamless integration of design, production, and installation processes for MEP systems. Drive continuous improvement, quality, and innovation within the team and across projects.

Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, or related fields.
3-5 years of experience in project management.
Proficiency in BIM software (AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks).
Knowledge of MEP systems preferred.
Familiarity with structural and architectural coordination a plus.
BCSS certification preferred.
CSCPM certification preferred.
Skills:
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Expertise in DfMA, Prefabrication, and MEP systems.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Experience with IDD tracking tools (Novade, Autodesk Construction Cloud, etc.).
Knowledge of project planning software (Microsoft Project, Primavera).
Willingness to work 5 days per week.
