Job summary

NTT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks a Technical Project Manager to lead DevSecOps initiatives for Enterprise Cybersecurity Engineering.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience, with minimum 3 years in project management.
• Hands-on Secure SDLC experience and CI/CD tooling integration.
• Experience with containers, orchestration, and security tooling.
• Proficient in IaC and policy-as-code frameworks (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, OPA).
• Strong knowledge of cloud security across AWS/Azure/GCP and related services.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Secure SDLC by embedding security into software development lifecycles.
• Define scope, objectives, tasks, and resources; manage risks across workstreams.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, operations, and procurement to align workflows.
• Govern risks, dependencies, and change processes within timelines and budgets.
• Provide status updates and maintain dashboards and executive summaries for leadership.
