in Singapore is seeking DevSecOps Engineers (Consultant and Senior Consultant) to design, build, and operate secure, cloud-native infrastructure for government-scale services. You will implement AWS-based infrastructure with IaC (Terraform), container orchestration (Kubernetes/EKS), and production-grade CI/CD pipelines, embedding security controls across the lifecycle and supporting incident response and DR planning.

Qualifications

• 3 years minimum in DevOps, cloud infra, or DevSecOps for Consultant level.
• 7 years minimum for Senior Consultant, incl. 2–3 years leading secure cloud design.
• Hands-on AWS provisioning, IaC (Terraform), Kubernetes (EKS), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience applying security practices across code, deps, containers, and IaC.
• Production operations exposure: observability, incident mgmt, runbooks.

Responsibilities

• Design and provision cloud-native infrastructure on AWS using IaC (Terraform).
• Apply cloud security controls including IAM, network isolation, and encryption.
• Embed security into CI/CD with static analysis, scans, and gates.
• Establish monitoring, alerts, and observability for platform health.
• Support deployments and incident response with runbooks.
• Design and validate backup and disaster recovery procedures.
• Integrate platform with identity systems using SAML/OIDC.
• Senior: govern architecture, guardrails, and DevSecOps practices; mentor staff.
