Job summary

NETS is seeking an experienced DevSecOps Engineer to design, build, and operate secure, scalable automated pipelines across AWS and on‑premise platforms. You will partner with platform, operations, and security teams to improve reliability, security, and efficiency of software delivery.

The role covers BAU operations and project work, including AI-driven automation initiatives, with emphasis on code quality, governance, and rapid iteration in a fast-paced environment in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of Automation and DevSecOps principles.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tooling and end-to-end pipeline design.
• Strong experience in AWS cloud environments and IaC using Terraform.
• Proficient in Python and Unix shell scripting for automation.
• Experience with Kubernetes and microservices containerization.
• Knowledge of security tooling and software composition analysis.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain end-to-end CI/CD pipelines for applications and platforms.
• Automate build, test, security scanning, packaging, and deployment workflows.
• Embed security controls and compliance into pipelines (SAST, SCA, secrets scanning).
• Develop reusable templates and automation frameworks to standardize delivery.
• Improve delivery speed, reliability, quality, and developer experience through automation.
• Collaborate with Security, Risk, and Compliance teams to meet standards.
• Automate audit evidence collection and governance across pipelines and cloud environments.
• Mentor automation/DevSecOps peers and engage vendors as needed.
