Job summary

Assurity Trusted Solutions Pte Ltd seeks a DevOps and Platform Engineer to join our innovative team in Singapore. You will drive CI/CD practices, collaborate with hosting and cloud providers, and automate deployment through scripts and modern tooling.

The role requires hands-on work with Python, ELK, Docker, NGINX, Grafana and Kubernetes, plus Terraform/Ansible, AWS and CI platforms. You will support agile teams and help optimise cloud costs while enforcing security standards.

Qualifications

• Passion for automation, standardisation, compliance and best practices.
• Experience with Python, ELK, Docker, NGINX, Grafana and Kubernetes.
• Experience with configuration management tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc)
• Experience with AWS resources (Load balancers, CloudFront, EKS, ECS, Security Hub, etc)
• Experience with CI tools (TeamCity, GitHub, GitLab)
• Unix, Linux and Windows system administration and scripting
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Industry certifications (e.g., RHCE, CKA) are a plus

Responsibilities

• Instituting and promoting CI/CD practices within the development team.
• Working with hosting and/or cloud providers to set up application environments and deployments.
• Developing scripts and using CI tools to automate build, release, and deployment.
• Provisioning and managing servers, VMs, containers, licenses and related resources.
• Conduct system security scans, harden system and app platform.
• Manage operations of cloud infrastructure and services in production.
• Ensure infrastructure meets CIS/NIST standards while driving automation and best practices.
• Document implementation and maintain technical documentation for future reference
