- Define and implement the roadmap for Edge/Cloud infrastructure transformation.
- Lead cross-functional teams, track project milestones, and report progress.
- Promote Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies as needed.
- Foster collaboration with Software Architects, Technical Leads, Product Owners, Product Managers, and UX Designers.
Technical Leadership: Edge Platform & DevOps
- Lead mid-scale migrations with minimal disruption, focusing on performance, security, and cost.
- Establish and evolve DevOps practices, tools, and frameworks to boost developer productivity and agility.
- Oversee CI/CD pipeline implementation and automation strategies to speed up software delivery.
- Continuously improve cloud performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure efficient resource utilization.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance developer reliability and efficiency.
- Guide enterprise-scale edge and DevOps transformations.
- Define best practices for infrastructure, deployment, and operations within the IoT platform.

- Provide regular feedback, conduct performance reviews, and maintain open communication.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud, and DevOps, particularly in manufacturing environments.
- Proficiency with PTC Kepware, ThingWorx, and integrating them into GitLab/Hub CI/CD pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with OpenStack VM, VMware, Red Hat OSV, and CAAS infrastructure.
- Expertise in managing containerized applications and CAAS platforms.
- Background in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps toolchains.
- Deep knowledge of database high availability (PostgreSQL, InfluxDB), including legacy-to-cloud migrations.
- Skilled in performance monitoring and optimization for scalability.
- Advanced knowledge of Kubernetes, OpenShift, containers, and cloud architectures.
- Experience with infrastructure automation tools like Terraform, Ansible, and Helm.
- Understanding of AWS and hybrid/multi-cloud strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to lead large-scale transformation initiatives in complex enterprise settings.
