Job summary

HTX (Home Team Science & Technology Agency) is seeking a DevOps & ML Engineer to develop our AI platform, automate the deployment of AI workloads, and build robust DevSecOps pipelines. You will design scalable ML infrastructure and automate CI/CD processes to ensure reliable, secure deployments.

Requirements include Linux, Python, Docker/Kubernetes, and experience with Kubeflow, MLflow, RunAI, ArgoCD/FluxCD, and GitLab CI. Collaboration in agile sprints and a keen focus on security are essential.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Linux and Python for ML tooling and automation.
• Experience building and deploying containerized apps with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Hands-on with ML infra/tooling like Kubeflow, MLflow, RunAI, ArgoCD/FluxCD.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable ML infrastructure.
• Automate CI/CD and ML environments and pipelines.
• Ensure automated testing and validation of AI/ML models before deployment.
• Monitor and optimize CI/CD pipeline performance.
• Monitor model health and retrain/update based on metrics.
• Develop IaC scripts to provision ML and infra.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and backlog grooming.
