Job description

Main Responsibilities

• Research, design, and develop computer software or specialised utility programs.
• Develop and maintain automation tools for infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, deployment, and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment and testing processes.
• Work on the industrialization of test management and the management of OT DeKOT environments.
• Assist in the transition to Run mode of Orchestrade for Treasury, including preparation and industrialization.
• Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure and application performance issues.
• Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of DevOps culture and processes.
• Design and develop comprehensive quality assurance strategies, frameworks, and automated testing systems to ensure reusability and efficiency.
• Develop detailed test plans and cases based on requirements and documentation.
• Promote early defect detection through testing methodologies.
• Provide technical support to internal teams, propose solutions, and contribute to data analysis.
• Document testing activities, results, defects, and prepare management reports.
• Stay updated with the latest DevOps technologies and trends.

This position will play a key role in supporting Orchestrade for Treasury and will involve application support for users, from Front to Back Office.

Qualifications and Profile

Candidates should have at least 5 years of relevant experience.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of UNIX platforms and database management systems like SQL, Oracle, and Sybase.
• Proficiency in C# .NET development.
• Experience with automation frameworks and scripting languages such as Python, Shell, and PowerShell.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools like GitLab, Ansible, Jenkins, Maven, Elastic Search, Grafana, Prometheus, Kibana, Control-M, KAFKA, Confluence, Jira, and MQ Series, as well as test automation tools like Selenium and Cucumber.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and services.
• Experience with .NET and Azure DevOps.

Functional Skills

• Experience supporting capital market applications and trading systems, especially within Treasury and Fixed Income Front Office operations, with knowledge of financial products such as Treasury, FX, Credit, IRD, Bonds, RSF, etc.

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting banking applications and trading systems.
• Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design and Microservices, especially Spring Boot.
