Job summary

OpenTalent is seeking an experienced DevOps engineer with a banking background to own observability, deployment pipelines, and reliability across systems. You will work with Elasticsearch/Logstash/Filebeat, Prometheus/Grafana, and CI/CD tooling to deliver robust infrastructure.

Expect hands-on troubleshooting for Java/Spring/React apps and containerized platforms using Docker/Kubernetes. The role emphasizes high availability, disaster recovery, and secure backups, with production support duties

Qualifications

• Hands-on DevOps experience in a banking environment.
• Proficient with logging stack: Elasticsearch, Logstash, Filebeat, ILM, Kibana.
• Strong knowledge of Prometheus, Grafana, Alertmanager and APM.
• Experience in writing PromQL queries and building Grafana dashboards.
• Extensive CI/CD pipeline implementation experience.
• Troubleshooting Java, Spring and React applications; strong Dev skills helpful.
• Hands-on with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized platforms.
• Experience with Bitbucket source control.
• Knowledge of HA, DR and backup strategies.
• Familiarity with object storage like S3 and L1/L2 production support.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 production support for critical banking systems.
• Manage and optimize the logging stack for reliability and observability.
• Design and maintain Prometheus exporters and Grafana dashboards.
• Develop and sustain CI/CD pipelines to enable rapid, safe deployments.
• Troubleshoot applications (Java/Spring/React) in production and dev environments.

• Proficiency in managing logging stack such as Elasticsearch Cluster Management, Logstash, Filebeat, ILM, Kibana, Watchers and Dashboards
• Expertise in Prometheus and exporters, Grafana, Alertmanager, APM
• Knowledge in writing Promql queries and Grafana Dashboards implementation
• Expertise in CI/CD pipeline implementation
• Troubleshooting experience of java ,sprint , react applications. Dev skills would be handy.
