Job summary

Astek Singapore is seeking a seasoned DevSecOps Engineer to join our project-based team in Singapore. You will contribute to secure cloud platform engineering, implement infrastructure as code, and drive security-first operations across multi-environment deployments.

The role demands deep hands-on experience with AWS, Terraform/Terragrunt, JFrog Artifactory, and modern service meshes, with a strong focus on Zero Trust and network security. On-site collaboration in Singapore is expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in DevSecOps, Platform Engineering, or SRE with a security focus.
• Hands-on AWS CloudHSM experience and cloud security posture knowledge.
• Advanced Terraform + Terragrunt for DRY module composition and multi-environment governance.
• Experience with JFrog Artifactory for enterprise artifact governance and CI/CD integration.
• Strong AWS expertise across VPC, IAM, KMS, EKS, and Route 53.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust principles and service mesh implementations (Istio/Envoy/Linkerd/App Mesh).
• Solid Linux administration and Shell scripting skills; strong networking fundamentals.

• Overall 7+ years in DevSecOps, Platform Engineering, or SRE with a security focus.
• Hands-on production experience with AWS CloudHSM.
• Advanced Terraform + Terragrunt - DRY module composition, remote-state governance, multi-environment.
• JFrog Artifactory - enterprise artifact governance, signed builds, CI/CD integration.
• Strong AWS expertise (VPC, IAM, KMS, EKS, Route 53, security services).
• Zero Trust principles; service mesh (Istio / Envoy / Linkerd / App Mesh).
• Strong Linux administration skills and Shell scripting expertise.
• Deep cloud networking - DNS, firewalls, routing.
