About Us:

By leveraging advanced AI and 3D mapping and video fusion techniques, our solutions create immersive, interactive virtual environments in real time, transforming industries such as real estate, tourism, education, and entertainment. Our goal is to push the boundaries of real-time 3D visualization, offering innovative tools that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Network Infrastructure & Operations

• Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise-level network environments (LAN/WAN/VLAN).
• Configure and manage network equipment, including switches, routers, and firewalls—particularly Cisco switches and Fortinet firewalls using FortiOS.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting of network and connectivity issues, including routing protocols, port forwarding, and firewall rules.
• Maintain and optimize network performance, security, and availability.

️ Systems Engineering & Server Management

• Strong experience administering both Linux and Windows operating systems, including enterprise-grade Linux distributions such as Ubuntu and Debian, as well as Windows Server editions including 2019 and 2022.
• Maintain high availability and system performance.
• Administer and maintain Windows Server (AD, DNS, DHCP, GPOs).
• Manage virtualized environments (VMware vSphere/ESXi) is a plus.
• Provision and support HP physical servers and NAS storage solutions.
• Configure and maintain backup solutions (Veeam, SyncBack Pro).
• Implement and manage system monitoring tools and dashboards (e.g., PRTG, Zabbix, Azure Monitor). Good to have experience in Grafana and Prometheus is a plus.

️ Cloud & Hybrid Infrastructure

• Manage and monitor Azure Virtual Machines and Azure AD integration.
• Configure and maintain Azure AD Connect and SSO for hybrid identity.
• Basic support for AWS infrastructure and related services (bonus).
• Ensure compliance with cloud security best practices and policies.

Security & Compliance

• Administer Microsoft Intune for endpoint and device management.
• Configure FortiGate firewalls (FortiOS) and enforce security policies.
• Participate in vulnerability assessment and mitigation planning.
• Enforce IT compliance standards across infrastructure.

Client-Facing & Internal Support

• Provide Tier 2/3 support for network and system-related issues.
• Participate in client onboarding and infrastructure deployment projects.
• Document infrastructure changes, configurations, and SOPs.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and service providers.

Key Requirements:

Mandatory:

• CCNA certification or equivalent practical experience
• Strong understanding of networking concepts (spanning tree, routing, VLANs, ACLs)
• Minimum 3–5 years in a system/network engineering or infrastructure role

Proven experience with:

• Windows Server administration
• Microsoft Intune is a plus
• Azure VM & Azure AD configuration
• VMware virtualization
• Firewall configuration (especially Fortinet)
• Microsoft 365 administration

Preferred/Bonus:

• Azure Administration or AWS SysOps Certification
• Experience with hybrid AD + Azure environments
• Knowledge of scripting (PowerShell/Bash)
• Familiarity with Wintel infrastructure
• Exposure to ITIL practices and ticketing systems
