Job summary

Qualifications

  • Actively pursuing a degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics, or related field.
  • Ability to work at least 40 hours per week during the internship.
  • Available for a 16–24 week credit-bearing internship commencing January 2027.
  • Familiarity with SPICE simulations and data analysis is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Characterize RRAM bitcells using wafer-level and bench measurements.
  • Perform RRAM SPICE simulations and model validation.
  • Analyze electrical data, including switching performance, endurance, and retention.
  • Correlate silicon measurements with simulation data.
  • Support device debugging, data analysis, and technical reporting.

Summary of Role

We are looking for a motivated engineering student to join our 55nm Resistive Random Access Memory (RRAM) development team. This internship provides hands‑on experience in advanced semiconductor memory technology, focusing on RRAM device characterization, modeling, and data analysis. The intern will work closely with device engineers to evaluate RRAM bitcell performance, perform electrical measurements, and support SPICE model development for next‑generation embedded non‑volatile memory applications.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Characterize RRAM bitcells using wafer-level and bench measurements.
  • Perform RRAM SPICE simulations and model validation.
  • Analyze electrical data, including switching performance, endurance, and retention.
  • Correlate silicon measurement results with simulation data.
  • Support device debugging, data analysis, and technical reporting.
Other Responsibilities
  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
Required Qualifications
  • Education – Actively pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics, or related fields.
  • Must be in good academic standing.
  • Ability to work at least 40 hours per week during the internship.
  • Available for a 16–24 week credit‑bearing internship commencing January 2027.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior related internship or co‑op experience.
  • Basic knowledge of semiconductor devices and circuits.
  • Familiarity with SPICE simulation tools and data analysis.
  • Programming skills (Python or similar) are advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
