Key Responsibilities:
The candidate will be part of the HRS Technical delivery team and will be responsible for delivering infrastructure solutions for projects and change requests in the HR domain. They should be a subject matter expert (SME) in Application Infrastructure and DevOps, providing support for applications such as Workday, SuccessFactors Recruit & Learning, PTA (Pre-Trade clearing system), etc.
Technical/Infra Support:
- Perform Infrastructure setup and configuration across SDLC (SIT/UAT/Production/DR) including Hardware, OS, DB, middleware, and software.
- Configure Aldon applications for deployment and perform deployments using Bitbucket/Jenkins and Aldon LMe applications.
- Develop scripts for batch jobs and interfaces.
- Set up online and batch interface connectivity (SFTP, Connect-direct, API, etc.).
- Design and implement Control-M job scheduling.
- Support SSL certificate injection and renewal.
- Monitor application services on Unix/Linux and Windows, creating PowerShell, bash/shell scripts for maintenance and server health.
- Coach and guide team members to improve teamwork and efficiency.
- Familiarize with setup, governance, and change management processes (DevOps tools such as BitBucket, Jenkins, SonarQube, Veracode, Aldon, Control-M, BMC Remedy, eApproval).
- Adhere to software development lifecycle processes and documentation standards.
- Track project deadlines, deliverables, resources, and timelines; raise risks as needed.
- Maintain updated documentation, supporting materials, and project plans.
- Possess sound Java application development knowledge to review and enhance middleware Java applications for file transformation, encryption/decryption, and transmission via protocols like C:D, SFTP.
- Troubleshoot connectivity issues with C:D/SFTP setups.
- Monitor services in Unix/Linux and Windows environments.
- Create bash/shell scripts to manage server services and verify server health.
- Develop, amend, and test scripts for file transfer, archiving, housekeeping, header checking, date mapping, and encryption/decryption using PGP.
- Use applications like Putty for OS-level investigations.
