Key Responsibilities

• Feature Development
  Build and maintain front-end or back-end components in TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, or C#/.NET (ASP.NET)
  Write unit/integration tests and fix bugs raised by QA or users
  Contribute to code reviews, ensuring readability, performance, and security
• Cloud & DevOps Support
  Package apps into Docker containers and deploy to AWS/Azure/GCP pipelines
  Create simple CI/CD jobs (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps) with guidance from seniors
  Monitor logs, metrics, and automate routine checks
• Agile Delivery
  Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
  Break down tasks, estimate effort, and track progress in Jira/YouTrack
• Collaboration & Communication
  Pair-program and shadow senior engineers on architectural spikes
  Work with UX designers, QA, and project managers to refine requirements
  Demo completed features to internal stakeholders or clients
• Continuous Learning
  Explore emerging tech (LLMs, vector stores, OpenText integrations)
  Document lessons learned in internal wikis and present at tech-sharing sessions

Must-Have Qualifications

• 1 – 3 years’ professional experience or strong internship / open-source track record
• Proficiency in at least one modern language (JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or C#)
• Familiarity with Git workflows, REST APIs, and SQL fundamentals
• Basic understanding of testing and CI concepts
• Clear written and verbal communication; comfortable asking questions and giving updates
• Singapore work authorization (full-time, hybrid arrangement)

Nice-to-Have

• Exposure to React, and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind, MUI)
• Hands-on with Docker, serverless functions, or Kubernetes
• Certifications: AWS Cloud Practitioner, Azure Fundamentals, etc.
