We are seeking a Destination Manager

The Destination Manager will oversee the quality and health of the Viator product in their assigned geographical area. They will understand key trends, opportunities, and challenges within their destination to optimize our product offerings based on consumer demand, including product variety, pricing, and availability.

This role involves acting as a brand ambassador, growing the destination's profile and Viator's presence there. Responsibilities include meeting key performance indicators, maintaining and improving the commercial health of the destination, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure competitive offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Curate and maintain a top-tier product offering for the destination.
  2. Acquire new inventory strategically to fill product gaps and showcase innovative offerings.
  3. Enhance destination branding and product selection.
  4. Negotiate favorable terms and monitor key metrics, taking corrective actions as needed.
  5. Ensure product availability and quality, aligning offerings with customer preferences.
  6. Establish and strengthen relationships within the operator community of the destination.
Ideal Candidate Characteristics:

Experience: 3-5 years in B2B account management or sales. Travel industry experience is a plus.

Traits: Entrepreneurial, commercially driven, growth-oriented, detail-oriented, excellent communicator.

Skills: Data analysis, technical background, understanding of travel landscape, relationship management.

Language: Vietnamese preferred but not mandatory.
