Job summary

Network Courier is seeking responsible delivery personnel to efficiently deliver parcels and documents across Singapore. You will maintain accurate logs, obtain POD signatures, and ensure timely service while working independently.

Ideal candidates hold a Class 2B Singapore Driving Licence, own a motorbike, and have prior delivery experience to improve route efficiency and customer service. Salary includes allowances and incentives with benefits and CPF contributions.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid Class 2B Singapore Driving Licence.
• Own a motorbike.
• Prior delivery or courier experience to enhance route efficiency and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver items safely and within the required delivery time.
• Collect documents, parcels and consignments from customers and designated locations.
• Deliver items safely and within the required delivery time.
• Verify collection and delivery details before accepting or handing over consignments.
• Obtain proof of delivery (POD), signature, and acknowledgement on electronic confirmation where required.
• Report unsuccessful deliveries, incorrect addresses, recipient unavailability or other delivery issues promptly to the Operations Team.
• Maintain detailed logs of delivered items as Proof of Delivery to ensure accountability.
• Carry light to moderate loads safely during deliveries to meet daily targets.
• Operate a motorbike to complete delivery routes efficiently.
• Work independently to manage delivery schedules and resolve issues proactively.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to confirm delivery details and updates.
