Job summary

A logistics company in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Operator to manage warehouse operations, maintain inventory levels, pick and pack orders, and deliver products. Candidates should preferably possess a Class 3 Driving License and have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP systems. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential. This role is vital in ensuring timely deliveries and compliance with quality standards.

Qualifications

• Preferable to have a Class 3 Driving License.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office is advantageous.
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain warehouse operations and inventory levels.
• Pick and pack implant sets based on sales team orders.
• Deliver implants and instrument sets to hospitals timely.
• Inspect incoming shipments and organize materials.
• Issue purchase orders and verify documentation accuracy.
• Monitor stock levels and check product expiry dates.
• Participate in annual stock counts and audits.
• Assist Admin Manager with administrative tasks.

• Utilize the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system for efficient warehouse and inventory management.

Requirements

• Possess a Class 3 Driving License is preferred.
