We're Hiring: Desktop Support Engineer L2!

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Desktop Support Engineer L2 to join our dynamic team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring that all desktop systems run efficiently.

What You'll Do

EUC Engineer with ServiceNow experience to assist in managing ITSM operations.


  • Generate reports that provide actionable insights into service performance.
  • Perform a Key User support role to troubleshoot level 1 ServiceNow platform issues and manage the escalation and resolution of issues raised to level 2 support by the Applications Team.
  • Identify and propose platform enhancements to streamline EUC service operations.
  • Drive continuous service improvement by identifying gaps, analysing issues faced by Service Desk (SD), DE, and end users, and developing a roadmap for enhancements and new features to better EUC operations.
  • Any other tasks assigned by supervisor.
