Job description

We are looking for an Experienced Desktop Support Engineer with a strong focus on computer hardware, patch management and systems maintenance. The successful candidate will be Responsible for ensuring all IT systems and endpoints are up to date, secure, and compliant with organizational policies and industry standards.

Duties to Be Performed:

· Resolved hardware issues including system crashes, printer malfunctions, and component failures (RAM, HDD/SSD, power supplies). Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues including desktops, laptops, servers, and network equipment.

· Replace or repair defective parts such as hard drives, RAM, motherboards, or power supplies.

· Automate patch deployment schedules and enforce patch compliance across all managed endpoints.

· Collaborate with employees to ensure overall system functionality.

· Evaluate, test, and deploy security patches and system updates using tools such as Ninjaone, or Intune.

· Follow IT security protocols and data protection standards.

· Monitor system health and performance post-patch deployment to ensure system stability and integrity.

· Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to failed patches or update errors.

Job / Skills Requirement:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

· 3+ years of experience in desktop or IT support roles.

· Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, basic networking, and hardware troubleshooting.

· Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

· Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.

· Able to travel or relocate.
