Job description

Our client is seeking a motivated Desktop Support Engineer with hardware expertise. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality support for infrastructure and enterprise hardware solutions. This includes diagnostics, troubleshooting, on-site service delivery. You’ll be working with industry-leading technologies, supporting clients around the clock, and helping maintain enterprise-grade systems to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide field support based on SLA, including 24/7 standby duties (on a rotational basis)

• Deliver post-sales implementation and onsite support for enterprise hardware and infrastructure

• Perform break-fix services: system checks, preventive maintenance, hardware replacements, OS-level troubleshooting, and customer incident management

• Maintain tidy and organized engineering and platform work areas

• Keep weekly activity updates and documentation accurate and timely

• Support other tasks or projects as assigned by your supervisor

What We’re Looking For:

• Min 1 year of experience in a related hardware support or IT infrastructure role

• Diploma or higher in IT or related field

• Strong understanding of server systems and troubleshooting methods

• Experience with Microsoft Windows Server, Linux/Unix, virtualization, and infrastructure technologies

• Self-driven and committed to delivering results in a fast-moving environment

• Able to perform system assembly, disassembly, and rack mounting
