About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Desktop Support Analyst to provide high-quality IT support to senior stakeholders, including executives and portfolio managers. This individual will excel in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, delivering reliable VIP support and ensuring smooth IT operations across multiple Asian offices.

This role is vital to business continuity and requires not only strong technical expertise but also confidence, clear communication, and a proactive approach when engaging senior users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver first-line desktop support for Windows environments, focusing on senior stakeholders and portfolio managers.
  • Provide VIP-level support in time-critical situations to ensure minimal business disruption.
  • Support Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 applications to maintain productivity.
  • Assist with office moves and IT migrations, including system setup and user onboarding.
  • Handle hardware support for laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals.
  • Coordinate and execute IT setups across Asian offices, with flexibility for business travel.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of issues, resolutions, and system changes in line with IT best practices.
  • Act as a trusted IT partner to senior users, providing business-aligned and solution-driven support.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in desktop support/IT support
  • Strong technical expertise in Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft 365.
  • Proven background in delivering VIP support, ideally within financial services or other time-sensitive industries.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting hardware and software issues across desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
  • Experience in IT migrations, office setups, and user transitions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with senior stakeholders.
  • Resilient, proactive, and adaptable in high-pressure environments.
  • Willingness to travel across Asia for office support and relocations.
  • Experience in front-office trading environments is advantageous.

Nice-to-have

  • Previous experience in financial services or working directly with portfolio managers.
  • Familiarity with ITIL frameworks or similar service management processes.
  • Knowledge of remote support tools and ticketing systems.

Location: Singapore (with travel across Asia as required)

Salary: up to 70K annually
