Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an experienced IT professional to oversee day-to-day operations and manage network infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in IT support and network/system administration. Responsibilities include providing technical support, managing software licenses, and ensuring compliance with IT standards. This role requires excellent communication skills and the willingness to travel within ASEAN.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in IT support and network/system administration, preferably with regional exposure.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software issues.
• Experience in network infrastructure management (hardening, access control).
• Familiarity with software licensing management and IT compliance standards.
• Excellent communication skills; able to work with cross-functional and multicultural teams.
• Willing to travel within ASEAN when required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day IT operations, ensuring smooth running of network hardware, software, and telecommunications systems.
• Provide timely technical support to regional offices.
• Manage network infrastructure, including hardening, access control, and troubleshooting hardware/software issues.
• Lead or support IT infrastructure projects such as office setups, hardware refresh, and system upgrades.
• Coordinate with regional IT teams and third-party vendors.
• Manage software licensing, subscriptions, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and IT standards.
• Maintain accurate IT documentation and conduct user training as required.

• Lead or support IT infrastructure projects such as office setups, hardware refresh, and system upgrades.
• Coordinate with regional IT teams and third-party vendors for smooth project implementation.
• Manage software licensing, subscriptions, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, IT standards, and relevant regulations.
• Maintain accurate IT documentation, asset inventory, and conduct user training as required.

What you bring:
