Responsibilities include imaging devices, maintaining asset inventories, and escalating issues as necessary. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience and hold relevant certifications, alongside strong communication skills.
Provide Desktop Support services to end users, including receiving, prioritizing, documenting, and resolving help requests.
Perform imaging and re‑imaging of devices.
Conduct and maintain asset inventories.
Escalate issues to 3rd party vendors or resolver groups when required.
Update and maintain incident records in the system.
Create and update work instructions as needed.
Document and maintain standards and procedures.
