Qualifications

Responsibilities

- Set up new workstations and configure software.
- Troubleshoot operating system and network issues.

- Setting up new workstations, installing and configuring software and hardware, and managing user accounts
- Monitoring. Troubleshoot. Windows Laptop/Printer
- Responsible for troubleshooting in Operating system
- Managing and updating Windows patches for Desktops and Laptops.
- Ensuring proper network connectivity for all workstations and troubleshooting network issues.
- Desktop Support through remote access
- Coordination with clients and customer regarding their problems
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned / required
