A leading IT solutions provider in Singapore is seeking an IT Support Specialist responsible for handling in-house MIS and end user matters. Applicants should have an ITE in IT and at least 1 year of experience. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, maintaining IT documentation, and vendor management. Positive attitude and teamwork are essential for this role, available only to Singaporeans.
Job Summary:
Successful candidate will be responsible for in house MIS and End user matters.
Job Responsibilities:
Handle PC/Laptop Support, Outlook, Windows
Handle daily IT End user Issues
Software and Hardware Troubleshooting
Maintaining Asset Inventories.
Maintain and update IT Documentation and Policy.
Participate in annual BCM and IT DR exercise
Vendor Management
Any other tasks when assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements:
Minimum ITE in any IT related discipline and with 1 year working experience
Knowledge of windows Operating Systems, Active Directory and Networking
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Positive Attitude
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to work as part of a team and independently
Singaporeans only
