Job description
Overview

Responsible for the construction, testing, installation, operations, and facility management of client platforms to meet agreed business needs and service levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform troubleshooting for client platform-related problems, ensuring prompt investigation and resolution (temporary and/or permanent) of incidents escalated, with timely status updates to all relevant parties.
  • Respond to and fulfill service requests related to client platforms.
  • Monitor service levels, document and maintain system configurations, and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
  • Lead and participate in client platform implementation and upgrade projects.
  • Conduct research and evaluation of client platform tools and technologies to support business objectives.
  • Provide systems-related technical advice to customers and project teams.
  • Manage client platform management systems and oversee system changes through the change request process, delivering status reports as needed.
  • Execute client platform-related presales activities, including requirement gathering and infrastructure analysis.
  • Gather business and/or application requirements to perform infrastructure requirement analysis and design.
  • Ensure services meet defined service level agreements (SLAs); propose and implement action plans to address any gaps.
  • Establish and maintain facility management standards and best practices to drive operational consistency across projects and facility management teams.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in desktop engineering or similar IT infrastructure roles.
  • Strong understanding of client platform technologies, system administration, and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with managing infrastructure projects, presales processes, and service level management.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills to liaise effectively with clients and project teams.
  • Ability to research, evaluate, and implement new tools and technologies.
  • Good documentation skills and experience with change management processes.
