Key Responsibilities
  1. Construct, test, install, operate, and manage client platforms to meet business needs and service levels.
  2. Perform troubleshooting for client platform issues.
  3. Respond promptly to incidents, investigate, and provide temporary and permanent resolutions, escalating as necessary. Provide status updates to relevant parties.
  4. Handle service requests related to client platforms.
  5. Monitor service levels, document configurations, and maintain system records. Provide regular reports.
  6. Participate in client platform implementation and upgrade projects, managing these projects effectively.
  7. Research and evaluate client platform tools.
  8. Provide technical advice related to systems to customers or project teams.
  9. Manage client platform management systems.
  10. Handle system changes through change request processes and report status to stakeholders.
  11. Perform pre-sales tasks related to client platforms.
  12. Gather business and application requirements, analyze infrastructure needs, and assist in design.
  13. Ensure service levels meet requirements; propose and implement action plans when necessary.
  14. Establish facility management standards and best practices to ensure operational consistency across teams.
