Job Description
- On-site Support
- Troubleshoot User PC issues (office or remote)
- Setup new laptop / format existing laptop
- Install and configure OS / software (On-prem, Cloud, M365)
- Record, Documentation and Inventory
- Monitor central software (Antivirus, Hotfixes/Patches, ad)
- Setup and configure PC related equipment (Printer, RF scanner, Wifi,AP, VPN, LAN, mobile phone)
- PC purchase and warranty claim
- User accounts maintenance (create, delete, modify)
- Enforce PC Security policy, Disaster recovery
- Assist Vendor during On-site support
Requirements
- Diploma or other relevant qualification
- At least 1 year of experience in Desktop support
- Strong communication and tech support skills
- Strong network troubleshooting skills and understanding of networking.
