Top tier investment bank is looking for an experienced and hands-on Desktop / Workplace Deployment Manager to oversee the deployment of end-user technologies as part of ongoing campus builds and office refurbishment projects. You will be responsible for managing the setup of desktop / workplace technologies, with seamless transition across multi-phase, user community moves. Scope includes hardware installation, configuration, troubleshooting & UAT.

• Plan & execute the deployment of desktop systems and peripherals.
• Collaborate with IT teams & Project Managers to ensure alignment with timelines / objectives.
• Install, configure and test hardware / software to meet user requirements.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for deployment-related issues.
• Document deployment processes, ensuring accurate records of installation & configuration.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices for IT deployments.
• Train and support end-users in the use of new technologies and systems incl. coordinating UAT’s
• Experience & Qualifications:
• Proven experience in desktop deployment and support, including campus installs across multiple
• business units.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail inc. documentation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Delivery within multi-national and financial services environment.
