Job summary

You will lead a team of designers and collaborate with engineers to ensure reusable components and clear guidance drive digital banking experiences.

The role focuses on governance, adoption, and building capabilities to deliver high‑quality design at scale while embracing AI‑assisted workflows and machine‑readable assets.

Qualifications

Proven design system leadership across multiple teams.
Strong craft in reusable interface design and tokens.
Native and web experience with accessibility and localization.
Design‑to‑development collaboration to connect standards to implementation.
Design operations: workflows, tooling and QA.
AI and automation awareness in design processes.

Responsibilities

Lead design system direction and priorities.
Develop and maintain reusable components, patterns and tokens.
Establish governance and contribution processes.
Drive adoption and build team capability.
Manage design processes from concept through to testing and delivery.
Support AI-enabled design workflows and machine-readable assets.
