As a Design Quality Control Specialist at our interior design firm, you will be an essential member of our team, ensuring that design plans meet both creative and technical standards. Your attention to detail and expertise in interior design will play a vital role in maintaining the quality and integrity of our projects.Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough reviews of all interior design projects to ensure they align with company standards and client requirements. This will involve examining design files, presentations, 3D renderings, and other related documents. You will also be responsible for maintaining a detailed record of approved materials and products for future reference.Documenting feedback and observations, you will provide recommendations for improvements that support project objectives and technical feasibility. Effective communication with the design team, project managers, and clients will be crucial as you convey technical requirements and ensure alignment among all stakeholders.Identifying and addressing any design issues that may arise, you will make recommendations for corrective actions, ranging from minor changes to significant project scope alterations. By maintaining a quality control checklist and tracking project progress, you will contribute to timely and within-budget project completion.Regular communication with the design team and clients will be essential to ensure all requirements are met and concerns addressed promptly. Staying updated on the latest interior design trends and technologies will enable you to implement cutting-edge practices within our projects.Additionally, your role will involve conducting Factory Quality Control and Post Execution Quality Control, submitting detailed reports to the Project Installation/Execution Team for accurate measurements.To be eligible for this position, you should possess proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, along with a minimum of 3 years of interior design experience. Knowledge of Modular Woodwork Concepts, Design Quality Control, and a strong understanding of interior design principles are required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively are essential.A Bachelor's degree in interior design or a related field is preferred.
