ISS STOXX is hiring a Design Production Coordinator & Content Creator Analyst to join the Mumbai Team (Goregaon East).

Overview

This role will be responsible for designing and overseeing content across all teams. Responsibilities include creating and formatting reports, developing presentations, and maintaining ISS MI's quality standards. The position also involves proposing creative strategies for client communication using appropriate tools. The Coordinator will work closely with the report and presentation production team, reporting to the Associate Director, who reports to the Managing Director, Global Head of Research at ISS Market Intelligence.

Responsibilities

1. Develop the layout and design of research reports.
2. Assist in creating exhibits embedded in reports.
3. Perform quality assurance (QA) for report sections and implement necessary changes.
4. Coordinate with external editors and designers by sending report files.
5. Design and update PowerPoint presentations and other materials used in briefings, conferences, and web-based formats.
6. Create web-based presentation and conference materials.
7. Develop additional materials featuring the company's research findings as required.
8. Convert report exhibits into PowerPoint for presentations and online delivery.
9. Post reports and marketing materials on client portals and coordinate report deliverables.
10. Stay informed about new data visualization techniques and tools.
11. Support all teams at ISS MI and participate in other business and social activities.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of experience in graphic design.
• Bachelor's degree with a specialization in marketing or graphic design.
• Proven creativity and innovation.
• Understanding of report and presentation development.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Responsibility and adherence to deadlines.
• Adaptability to changing priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
