Take a lead role in graphic design activities, producing impactful visual content and assisting the Marketing Manager with various marketing tasks as needed
Manage the executions of all marketing communication activities as assigned by Marketing Manager
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Conceptualize and design visually compelling marketing materials, including advertisements, brochures, flyers, banners, backdrops, slide deck, social media graphics, and website elements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and project managers, to brainstorm ideas and develop creative concepts that effectively convey key messages and engage the target audience
Work closely with the Marketing Manager to develop and maintain corporate identity guidelines, establishing clear standards for logos, colors, typography, and overall brand voice
Ensure all designs adhere to established brand guidelines through thorough quality checks for accuracy, consistency, and professionalism
Support basic video production and editing for social media platforms
Organize and maintain a central database of all creative assets, photos, proposals, and presentation materials for easy retrieval on the company’s main server
Complete assigned projects and tasks, as well as additional duties delegated by the Marketing Manager, in alignment with the company's Group objectives
Perform other duties as required by the Marketing Manager or Management
REQUIREMENTS
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably in a marketing, advertising agency or in-house creative team
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Good Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or other video editing tools is an added advantage
Excellent understanding of design principles, colour theory, and layout techniques
Attention to detail and accuracy in work, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrate adaptability and a proactive approach to continuous learning, with a commitment to staying current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in graphic design
A good team player with good communication skills
