Design Manager / Lead Interior Designer (Residential)

Job Scope:

• Lead and oversee the design and development of residential furniture collections.

• Collaborate with product development, marketing, and sales teams to align design concepts with market trends.

• Manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality, functionality, and aesthetics.

• Research and implement emerging design trends, materials, and finishes.

• Work closely with vendors and manufacturers to ensure production feasibility.

• Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering creativity and excellence.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in interior design, furniture design, or a related field.

• Strong portfolio showcasing residential furniture projects.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.

• Deep understanding of materials, finishes, and furniture manufacturing.
