Job Scope:

• Oversee the preparation of tender and contract documents, including Bills of Quantities (BQ).
• Evaluate the costing, cost planning, and estimation processes for tenders.
• Review and approve project budgets to align with financial goals.
• Design the entire layout of project for ACMV, Aircon, Chiller etc including flow calculation.
• Ensure adherence to client requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
• Ensure tenders and related documents are accurate, compliant, and submitted on time.
• Maintain detailed records of all tender activities.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned by senior management.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or any Engineering field.
• Min 3-5 years of working experience in a related field.
• Relevant experience in designing complete project layout drawings for ACMV projects is welcome to apply.
