Job Description:

1. Lead design team and review shop drawings on structural design
2. Ensure design deliverables – design submission and approval process, procurement, supply, construction, erection, installation, testing and commissioning issues
3. Highlight project risks, design optimization and changes
4. Provide practical construction solutions
5. Coordinate with QPD/QPS and client regarding engineering proposals and submissions to carry out construction work for building projects
6. Establish, manage and supervise the design team supporting project execution
7. Manage sub-contractor design team for design clearance

Requirements:

1. Min Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
2. Min 5 – 8 years of structural design coordination experience with A1 main contractor
3. Familiar with structural design, basement, ERSS
4. Demonstrate strong technical skills and ability to lead a team
