As a member of the Advocacy & Communications (A&C) team, we’re looking for a talented and resourceful Design & Content Executive to bring our brand to life across digital and print platforms. If you have a strong eye for aesthetics, experience with creative software, and a knack for visual storytelling—we want to meet you!

Job Description

1. Creative:

· An engaging storyteller - create compelling creative content, from creation, storyboarding, to adaptation in relevant formats to resonate with our target audience in various campaigns, launchs and events, eg, creative visuals, videos or motion graphics and more.

· Transform dry &/or complex ideas into visually appealing and easily digestible narratives through engaging motion graphics, animations or videos.

· Create and edit short-form videos and social reels with attention to pacing, trends, and platform-specific formats such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

· Push the creative boundaries and test new formats with a focus on brand consistency and performance

· Collaborate and co-lead design projects with agencies (if any) and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and brand consistency

· Explore ways to use generative AI tools for faster concepting, visual research, or asset generation.

· Stay on top of social media trends, landscape, new players, and turn them into opportunities for engagement

· Assist with updating and maintain BCF Website

2. Project Management and Coordination:

· Manage and respond to briefs from internal stakeholder, ensuring timely delivery and on brand.

· Own turnkey projects from ideation to design and production, ensuring timely delivery, on-budget and on-brand.

· Research new platforms, partners and vendors for content collaborations, marketing and advocacy opportunities.

· Evaluate the design work and content against project objectives, suggest refinements for quality control and optimised performance, and select recommendations.

· Perform other support duties as assigned by the Management.

· Internal: A&C team members, cross-functions

· External: Fundraisers, Sponsors, Volunteers, Members, Agency, vendor and other partners

QUALIFICATIONS

· Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Motion Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field

· 1 – 2 years of graphic design and video editing experience, preferably in-house or agency, is a plus.

· Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and InDesign

· Familiarity with video editing tools such After Effects, Sony Vegas Pro, Capcut, Lumion, Canva

· Experience in WordPress, WooCommerce and UI/UX knowledge

· Strong knowledge of design principles, typography and branding

· Proven track record of successfully executing campaigns across media, digital and social native.

· Ready to experiment with tools like Gen AI to enhance creativity and speed.
