Job summary

Venture Corporation Limited is seeking an Engineer, Design (Mold Design) to join the Univac Site in Woodlands, Singapore. The role focuses on establishing and maintaining quality systems in line with ISO 9001/13485, ISO 14001, and FDA QSR 21 CFR Part 820, while driving continuous improvement and efficient processes.

The ideal candidate holds a technical diploma or degree with QA/QC experience in medical-related fields, strong teamwork, and good audit knowledge.

Qualifications

• Diploma and/or basic degree in a technical discipline with QA/QC experience in a medical-related field.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
• Good knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, and 21 CFR Part 820 (QSR preferred).
• Familiarity with IATF 16949 is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Establish, implement and maintain quality systems per ISO13485/ISO 9001/ISO 14001 and FDA 21 CFR Part 820.
• Develop internal audits, lead auditors, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Promote continuous improvement across quality areas and optimize site processes.
• Manage document control and CAPA processes for operational efficiency.
• Prepare management review presentations and coordinate external audits.
