Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and modify structural or architectural design drawings and calculations
• Work closely with Project Managers, consultants, and subcons to ensure design requirements are met
• Coordinate and compile technical submissions, shop drawings, and design documents
• Assist in resolving design-related issues during construction phase
• Review and ensure accuracy of design drawings, calculations, and technical documentation
• In charge of planning (Road & Drainage diversion)
• Establish & Maintenance of QA/QC procedure
• Assist in preparing and tracking design submission schedules and approvals
• Ensure that design works comply with Eurocode/ BS code, ACI & ASCE for authority submission.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent, must be recognized by the PE Board (PEB), Singapore
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
• Familiar with relevant codes, standards, and authority requirements
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MicroStation
