Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant experience required.
• Must have proficiency in AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor.
• Knowledge of power generation and fuel piping systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create Mechanical Drawings in AutoCAD based on specifications.
• Prepare production assembly and detail drawings.
• Ensure on-time submission of drawings.

Job description

A draftsman's main job duty is to create technical drawings based on given specifications and calculations. Draftsmen typically work with professionals in their field, such as scientists, architects, and engineers, who provide the product or structure's details.

Key Tasks

• Create Mechanical Drawings AutoCAD drawings based on given specifications and calculations
• Prepare production assembly and details drawings on the basis of information and instruction provided
• Liaising with sales/project engineers and managers to prepare a necessary drawing for submission
• Prepare and assist in drawings revision are required
• Create drawings in the prescribed title block by client/consultant
• Ensure on-time submission of drawings
• Make necessary calculations for drawing development

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Mechanical
• Certificate in AutoCAD
• Certificate in Inventor will be an added advantage

Knowledge / Experience / Others

• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Must be proficient with AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor
• Knowledge of power generation and controls
• Knowledge of fuel piping system
