Job summary

LUM CHANG BUILDING CONTRACTORS PTE LTD. is looking for an experienced professional who will work closely with a team of BIM Modellers on design and construction drawings. Your role will include supervising the work on site and liaising with various stakeholders, including consultants and sub-contractors.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Architecture, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and project experience in buildings or hotels. Strong interpersonal skills and a meticulous nature are essential for this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience with a main construction firm.
• Project experience in buildings or hotels.
• Excellent motivation and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with a team of BIM Modellers in design and coordination.
• Prepare construction drawings including shop drawings submissions.
• Supervise work progress on site and liaise with consultants.
