Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate design drawings with consultants to comply with requirements of the authorities

• Review and provide solutions to technical problems as well as plan, monitor and report shop drawing production progress

• Prepare technical submissions for materials, construction methods and C&S shop drawings

• Resolve construction issues on drawings and liaise closely with Architectural and M&E teams as well as the authorities

• Supervise a team of BIM Modelers for the production of coordinated shop drawings and Concrete Body Plans
  

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Civil/ Structural Engineering or equivalent (PEB-recognised is advantageous)

• At least 3 years of relevant experience (relevant design working experience with contractors will be an added advantage)
