We’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Designer to lead and execute visual storytelling across product, packaging, digital, and spatial formats. You’ll bring our brand’s sensorial and symbolic language to life, working closely with the founder, brand, and product teams to ensure a cohesive, elegant, and elevated aesthetic at every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Design & Identity Evolve and maintain the brand’s visual language, including typography, color palette, iconography, and layout systems. Develop creative concepts aligned with brand rituals, botanical storytelling, and seasonal themes.
- Packaging & Product Design Design packaging for teas, gift sets, accessories, and scent products with a refined, premium sensibility. Collaborate with vendors and printers on dielines, finishes, and materials.
- Experience & Environment Design visual elements for pop-ups, installations, retail displays, hotel/airport counters, and in-store storytelling. Support spatial design direction with mood boards, layout mockups, and signage systems.
- Digital & Content Design Create digital assets for website, e-commerce, emailers, social media, and product launches. Work with the content team on visual storytelling assets, editorial layouts, and interactive experiences.
- Creative Production & Art Direction Support product photoshoots, lifestyle campaigns, and content development with art direction or design overlays. Manage asset libraries and brand templates across teams.
Qualifications
- Experience is a must.
- Deep aesthetic sensibility with a passion for nature, culture, tea, botanicals, and sensory design.
- Highly organized, self-driven, and capable of balancing creativity with commercial needs.
- Collaborative mindset with openness to feedback and cross-functional input.
- llustration or motion design skills
- Photography or styling experience
- Interest in holistic wellness, herbalism, or storytelling through nature
Additional Responsibilities
- Working hand-in-hand with our external writers, and SEO agency in crafting blog articles with conversion-driven copy
- Crafting exciting blog copy and creative briefs for weekly email campaigns, and working closely with our designers in their visual execution
- Packing, and sending out trial boxes to Specific set of clients for promotional activities
- Collating content such as testimonials, images, survey results, etc
- Use of adobe and Illustrator
Requirements
- 3-4 years of working experience; some prior ecommerce experience is ideal
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in creating and executing innovative and effective marketing campaigns to drive sales, exposure and creative virality
- Must be organised with a structured approach and attention to detail
- A can-do attitude and a love for problem-solving
- Ability to think outside the box and willing to learn new skills
- Ability to collaborate and work in a team, but is also a self-starter
- Ability to work effectively and autonomously
- Basic photoshop skills
- Strong motivation to achieve results and hit targets
