Job summary

Goldman Sachs Services (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a proactive operations professional to support post‑trade execution, settlement and allocation for futures and options within the Listed Derivatives team.

The role involves learning onboarding, configuration and cash processing while collaborating with Business and Client Service colleagues. You will interact across Business, Technology and Operations, drive changes to improve workflows, manage suspense accounts, and help ensure risk

Qualifications

3+ years experience in listed derivatives (futures & options) trade support or cash processing.
Futures and options industry knowledge.
Experience managing suspense accounts to ensure correct allocation (T+0 where possible).
Familiarity with vendor platforms such as GMI and Traiana is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Manage clients’ post‑trade execution needs and complex transaction queries.
Oversee settlement of client transactions to high-quality standards.
Provide operational risk oversight and maintain integrity of books and records from trade capture to settlement.
Develop workflows, systems and controls to support complex financial transactions.
Lead change management discussions with technology and other operations teams.
Document and implement procedural improvements within the department.
