Job summary

RecruitFirst Pte. Ltd in Singapore's Changi Business Park is seeking a junior professional to support trade capture management and derivative trade lifecycle tasks.

The role offers up to SGD 4,500 per month, Monday to Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm, from 1 September 2026 to 31 January 2027, with extension and possible conversion. Junior candidates and those without prior experience are welcome to apply; you will assist with onboarding, learn, and collaborate with Technology teams to resolve production

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant discipline without relavent experience are welcome to apply
• Candidates with experience in banking, financial services, operations or a corporate environment will be advantageous
• Comfortable working with numerical tasks and transactions
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Support trade capture management and trade documentation
• Assist with derivative trade lifecycle management
• Provide analytical and administrative support for derivatives and securities transactions
• Perform checks and follow up on discrepancies or unusual trade positions
• Ensure adherence to audit and control policies
• Handle client and business-related queries and escalated issues when required
• Support team operations during peak periods
• Assist with onboarding and training of new team members
• Work with Technology teams to resolve production issues
• Participate in UAT testing and review test cases and test evidence
