We are looking for a Deputy Business Development Manager to join the Hong Kong Disneyland (HKDL) Sales, Business Development and Distribution Marketing team, based in Singapore, covering the Indonesia region.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage a business development team and support the Business Development Manager in achieving KPIs including admission, room nights, trade marketing activities, and other indicators for the Indonesia market.
2. Support sales & marketing initiatives’ activation/execution across SEA markets.
3. Establish a strong in-market trade network, identify market-specific consumer and travel trade trends, and support the formulation of locally relevant distribution strategies.
4. Develop, plan, and launch market-relevant trade marketing programs to drive attendance and room night conversions, leveraging online travel developments and OTA partnerships.
5. Negotiate and work with third-party partners to launch promotional programs.
6. Achieve or exceed goals for theme park admissions and hotel room nights from the region.
7. Support managerial issues related to the office and execute sales tactics and trade marketing programs efficiently.
8. Prepare reports, account information, and intelligence on trade and competitors for senior management.
9. Identify market segments, develop products for specific channels, and implement marketing tactics accordingly.
10. Manage resource allocation, cost-benefit analysis, and motivate trade partners sustainably.
11. Evaluate performance and qualification of trade partners, and manage co-op marketing budgets.

Requirements:

1. 8-10 years' experience in travel trade operations, sales, business development, or revenue management.
2. Experience with OTAs and eCommerce is a plus.
3. Fluent in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
4. Strong business acumen and trade network in the responsible catchment area.
5. Outstanding negotiation skills and ability to work under pressure.
6. High interpersonal skills for internal and external relationship building.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
