We are looking for a Deputy Business Development Manager to join the Hong Kong Disneyland (HKDL) Sales, Business Development and Distribution Marketing team, based in Singapore, covering the Indonesia region.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage a business development team and support the Business Development Manager to achieve KPIs including admissions, room nights, trade marketing activities, and other indicators for Indonesia.
  2. Support sales & marketing initiatives' activation and execution across SEA markets.
  3. Establish a strong in-market trade network, identify consumer and travel trade trends, and support the formulation of locally relevant distribution strategies.
  4. Develop, plan, and launch market-relevant trade marketing programs to drive attendance and room night conversions.
  5. Leverage online travel developments and OTA partnerships to promote the business.
  6. Negotiate and work with third-party partners to launch promotional programs.
  7. Achieve or exceed goals for theme park admissions and hotel room nights, and review distribution efficiency.
  8. Support managerial issues related to the office with the Business Development Manager.
  9. Execute sales tactics and trade marketing programs efficiently.
  10. Prepare reports on account information, trade, and competitor intelligence for senior management.
  11. Identify market segments and develop targeted products and marketing tactics.
  12. Manage resource allocation, balancing costs and benefits, and motivate trade partners sustainably.
  13. Evaluate performance and qualification of wholesalers, co-op marketing budgets, and sales channel utilization.
Requirements:
  • 8-10 years' experience in travel trade operations, sales, business development, or revenue management.
  • Experience with online travel agencies (OTAs) and eCommerce is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
  • Strong business acumen for identifying growth opportunities.
  • Existing trade network in the responsible catchment area.
  • Outstanding negotiation skills for managing trade accounts.
  • Ability to work under high pressure and results-oriented environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for building internal and external relationships.
Educational Qualification:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
