A leading company in human resources is seeking a project coordinator to support project management efforts. The role involves planning, monitoring progress, and facilitating communication among team members. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and prior experience in project coordination, along with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
· Assist in developing and executing project plans including goals, budgets, and timelines.
· Monitor project progress and suggest necessary schedule or strategy adjustments.
· Coordinate communication between project team members and stakeholders.
· Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, record discussions, and follow up on action items.
· Oversee procurement and ensure resources meet specifications and timelines.
· Allocate project resources effectively within time and budget constraints.
· Support implementation of risk management strategies and contingency planning.
· Prepare reports on project performance versus objectives.
· Assist with contract administration and ensure compliance with legal and company standards.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in project management, Engineering, or related field.
· Prior experience in project support or coordination roles.
· Effective leadership and coordination abilities.
· Solid problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
· Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
· Ability to manage documentation and reporting efficiently.
· Knowledge of risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
