Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of engineering experience, 6 years managing design and construction.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods and regulations.
- Experience in LTA infrastructure projects preferred.

Job Responsibilities:
- Set clear objectives and targets for key project processes, ensuring consistency with strategic goals.
- Take charge of assignment of responsibilities to competent team members.
- Lead the planning, execution, and completion of the projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet project objectives.
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings to monitor project status, quality, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
- Prepare and present progress reports and updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Ensure all construction activities adhere to environmental, health, and safety regulations and standards.
- Implement best practices and continuous improvement strategies in project management to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
- Assist the tasks assigned by the Project Manager/ Project Director.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of engineering experience and and at least 6 years of experience in managing design and construction teams for projects of similar scale, complexity and nature of work.
- Demonstrated experience in managing the safety and timely delivery of large-scale projects.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
- Willing to work at site office
- Experience in LTA infrastructure project will be preferred
